Kevin Florek, MBA
President / CEO
Kevin has been a part of the Tellurian, Inc team for over 23 years and is committed to helping those with drug and alcohol addiction. He holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Finance from Ohio State University and an undergraduate degree from Cardinal Stritch University. Kevin is a member of Sunshine Place, a volunteer group helping kids, and Saint Alberts Outreach Program.
Together with his wife, Tammy and sons Nathan, Logan and Shijuan, they enjoy spending time together hunting and at various sporting events.
The Founder and current President of Tellurian UCAN, Inc., Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. The recipient of numerous awards and appointments as a leader in the AODA and Mental Health community, Mike was elected to serve four (4) terms as the President of the Wisconsin Association on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse.
Mike is the founding president of the Wisconsin Association of Therapeutic Communities.
Dr. Brian Lochen, M.D.
Dr. Brian is a certified Addiction Medicine Specialist and is Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine. He has provided medical oversight in addiction treatment and education for over 25 years.
Patient Services Director
Rachel has been in the customer/patient care field for over 10 years; with Tellurian, Inc. since 2013. She is a graduate of Edgewood College and where she earned a Degree in Business Management. Rachel excels at patient care and feels the best part of her job at Tellurian, Inc is ‘helping lift people back up when they fear there is no hope’.
Outside of work, Rachel volunteers with the United Way of Dane County and the American Heart Association. She enjoys Wisconsin’s many attractions and activities with her family and friends.
Director of Business Development
Over the past 9 years Tom has been employed at Tellurian, Inc, he really appreciates seeing the difference Tellurian makes in the lives of so many people recovering from drug and alcohol addition. He has been in the field of Business Development for over 30 years following graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tom is a member of both the National Association of Fundraisers and the Wisconsin Broadcaster’s Association.
Together with his wife, Tom enjoyed antiques, landscaping, traveling and reading. He is a member of the UW Alumni Association, Phi Gamma Delta Alumni Association and the Lake Wisconsin Boat Club.
