Tellurian's Fee-for-Service Case Management program provides highly individualized services to persons with mental health disorders and/or substance abuse issues. The Fee-for-Service program accepts referrals from agencies as well as directly from individuals in the community. The goal of the Fee-for-Service Case Management program is to support individuals in successful community living by increasing their skills, life satisfaction, independence, and integration into their community. The majority of staff time is spent outside the office, in environments that are comfortable, familiar, and chosen by the individual. Services include symptom management, mental health and substance abuse counseling, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, money management, housing coordination, vocational support, benefit assistance, activities of daily living assistance, psychiatric and medical referral, diagnostic, need, and risk assessment, and recovery planning. The program is a private pay service which does not accept insurance and has no waiting list. The Fee-for-Service Program services provided by Tellurian are billed on an hourly basis.
