MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT)

Services provided by Tellurian’s MAT Program

Tellurian Community Recovery Specialists (CRS) provide case management services and support to individuals seeking recovery from heroin and/or prescription opiate drug addiction.

These services include :

  • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program and Recovery Support information and education
  • Access and referral to naltrexone and buprenorphine medication through local treatment providers
  • Referrals to physicians and medical clinics for primary medical care as needed
  • Comprehensive Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health Disorder assessments, and Recovery and Treatment Planning based on each individual’s unique needs and preferences
  • Referral and coordination of substance use disorder and mental health treatment
  • Referrals to additional community support and recovery services
  • Referrals and assistance to resources within the community for which you may qualify, including housing assistance,
    Medicaid or Medicare, Social Security, and the Food Share Program
