Getting Started

Tellurian accepts most local and national health insurance plans*. Our Patient Services team will just need some basic patient info as we work with your insurance provider:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Home Address
  • Name of Insurance Carrier
  • Subscriber or Member ID
  • Customer Service Number (Usually on the Back of Your Insurance Card).

*Please note that Medicare and Medicaid do not cover our residential treatment program.
