A person experiencing shame may fear that they deserved a type of trauma they endured, experience guilt about having survived it, or struggle to process difficult events in their past. Shame can be part of other behavioral health concerns or stand on its own. In either case, treating it is essential to bettering a patient’s quality of life.

We specialize in helping patients discard untrue, unhelpful beliefs and develop new ones that more accurately reflect reality, leading to hope and a stronger sense of self.

Whether it’s drawing on the support of a group or making individual progress towards a better self-image, there are many treatment options – and levels of care – available to Tellurian patients seeking help for persistent feelings of shame.
Recommended therapies and program lengths are always based on a tailored plan that you’ll develop together with our treatment team.

Some of the Treatments We Incorporate:

  • Individual Counseling
  • Group Counseling
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
