Tellurian’s Transitional Housing Program utilizes a client-centered approach that meets each individual where they are in their recovery process. The THP program supports residents experiencing homelessness in searching for housing, employment, and behavioral health resources. The THP staff specialize in supporting individuals stabilize to their mental health, increase independence, and prepare for a transition to independent living.
To apply for the THP program you must be a Dane County resident experiencing or at risk for homelessness with a primary mental health diagnosis. Please use the link here to apply.

Opioid dependence is a challenging and complicated condition, but it can be successfully treated. Tellurian offers multiple medication assistant treatment options including: Suboxone®, Sublicaid, Vivitrol, and Brixadi. We offer these treatments in conjunction with our array of therapy options.
