Swartz came to Tellurian through the American Warriors Initiative at Fairway Home Mortgage. Trained at the Custom Canines Service Dog Academy, with trainer Tony Cash, Swartz now serves Tellurian patients and staff as an official service dog.
While wearing his work vest, Swartz is very serious and attentive to the people around him. He watches closely to see who needs comfort, who may be experiencing anxiety or depression, and who may just need a snuggle to make their day better. He makes his rounds through Tellurian programs each week, always bringing a smile to everyone he encounters. He works hard to maintain his title of Chief Happiness Officer!
When not at work, or not wearing his vest, Swartz can be found digging somewhere, running after tennis balls, begging for treats, or barking at squirrels. He loves spending time with his family.
